Gracie and Grandpa decided that she needed to go to work with Grandpa one day, so guess what....today was the day. I picked up Gracie bright and early this morning at 7am. She was ready to go too. We decided since we had such a hard day of work ahead of us that we had better stop and fuel up for breakfast. So....we decided to go the IHOP. We had a very good breakfast that filled us up.
Once we got to work Gracie stopped at our motivational door so she could get motivated. Gung Ho Gracie!
Did you know that Gracie has many talents? She could drive a forklift, a tractor, a Kawasaki mule, and of course, the golf cart.
After taking Grandpa around for numerous rides out in the "North Forty", Gracie decided she wanted to come in to my office and get down to some serious work.
She asked the folks that work with me if they were keeping me happy, and reminded then that "if Grandpa isn't happy....ain't nobody happy"...Funny....they all agreed....what's up with that.
She worked so hard that I thought she should take a break. Gracie made some popcorn, did some coloring and played with some toys that Grandpa has stashed in his office.
We finished our great day by stopping home and picking up Grandma Sue to take her to the Coral Canyon park, where Kari brought us lunch. Bronson and Eli came too and we all played around the swings after we ate....Thanks Kari! After that we dropped Gracie off at home and mommy was glad to have her back.
What a fun day for all!
