We fulfilled a desire to adopt a new son into the family
after watching a movie together Friday night....
Can you guess what we watched?
Meet Koshari Salley.

Meet Koshari Salley.
He fits right into our little family.
We took him on his first outting Saturday to Zion National Park.
You will be seeing more of Koshari as we do more traveling.
He looks quite natural in these Southwest surroundings...
I wonder how he will look on the beach in Florida in May?

Copy and paste this website to your browser to investigate our new boy's heritage...he can be quite the little "stinker".
We are so glad that he likes to hike with us though. Like the "travel gnome" he will pop up in many fun places and will probably be a small part of our future blogs...after all...he is "family" you know...welcome my son :)
I love it! Its a really good idea. Brett's sister used to have a paper doll named Flat Stanley that she'd put in a lot of her images when she traveled.
A
what movie did you watch?
haha he is quite hairy
Blind Side...Koshari is our little project. He comes from a long line of "clowns" and tends to misbehave at just the wrong time. Check out his link...I just don't know what we're going to do with him :)

I haven't seen the blind side. I'm hoping once I see it all of this Koshari nonsense will make more sense to me. I copied and pasted that website but I still don't understand what they heck or who the heck Koshari is and why he is now my supposed adopted brother. I think you guys have been doing too much hiking at high altitudes. After I checked out the site you sent me too I also googled Koshari. It's meal made of lentils and Rice with Tomato sauce. Perhaps next time you can carry a bowl of actual Koshari food up with you and place it in the picture. That would be just as crazy...right?
Looks like you guys had fun.
